Ingredients: strips of fabric, needle and thread.

Cut strips to desired length and finish edges. Center baste with thread and gather. Roll into a ball, tacking with needle and thread. Separate the layers and fluff into desired shape. Attach the pin-back. Set with a steam iron. Cool. 
Delicious on any jacket, hat, top or purse!
